The U.S. dollar is very strong right now — in particular, in Japan, Canada, Australia, and Western Europe. That means for Americans, prices will seem surprisingly low. For Americans, it’s a really good year to travel outside the United States.

Unfortunately, that means visitors to America will find things even more ridiculously expensive.

Get a sleep-mask. New evidence shows that even soft light — equivalent to the light in the hallway outside your bedroom — can have a surprisingly negative effect on the quality of your sleep. And if you work inside during the day, you’re even more sensitive to light at night.

This could be healthier in general, although it means the product can look “white” — harder to rub in and make look invisible.

But it will also be much cheaper than adult sunblock, sometimes even half as much.
