Off to Cambodia!

Still in Bangkok — but not for long!

We hadn’t planned on leaving Thailand after only two months. But we also hadn’t planned on the U.S. Embassy here in Bangkok being quite so clueless and incompetent.

So we’re off to neighboring Cambodia for a few weeks.

The good news is that you, our readers, will benefit from the incompetence of the U.S. Embassy: you get to join us as we explore the reportedly fantastic ruins of Cambodia’s Angkor Wat.

Our experience with the U.S. Embassy may be the subject of a future newsletter too. We haven’t decided yet if it will be a humor piece — or a shrieking rant of existential despair.
