Split, Croatia, has an amazing fish market — the Ribarnica market, right in the heart of Old Town. Michael returned again and again to take pictures.

But recently, upon editing the photos and seeing the expressions on the faces of the fish, we couldn’t help imagining what the fish might be thinking or saying…

“Well, the three wishes don’t come true right now. You have to throw me back in the water first!”
