I loved this post. It brought back a lot of memories. I grew up and Southern California and I went to Disneyland every year on my birthday. I loved the American the Beautiful 360° movie type thing and I also loved the Adventure through Inner Space. So many memories. Thanks for sharing.
LOVED Body Wars! I think it was the heir of Journey Through Inner Space, as you suggest! Sad when it closed... You have to do Pandora at Animal Kingdom/Disney World -- the best motion simulator ever made.
